3. III Instalment : Sep/Oct pay by the 15th of Sep.
   
4. IV Instalment : Nov/Dec pay by the 15th of Nov.
   
5. V Instalment : Jan/Feb/Mar pay by the 15th of Jan.
   
6. Note: After last date a fine of @ Re 1/Day.
